Reflecting on the concept, the group then shared an image of them recreating the cover art for the Backstreet Boys’ third album, 1999’s “Millennium,” alongside the caption “Kornstreet Boys.”
Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys then did a duet with the TikTok. Dressing as a member of Korn, he shared an incredulous look and wrote “can someone tell me how to do my hair and makeup please?” next to the clip.
Brian ‘Head’ Welch of Korn responded by asking, “What’s going on in the TRL around here? Are the accounts hacked? before praising Carter. “Well done,” he wrote on Instagram, while sharing a photo of himself and Korn bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu backstage at the Backstreet Boys’ “DNA” World Tour alongside Carter. .
Fieldy took a hiatus from Korn in 2021 to deal with “bad habits” with the band talking about their return to touring earlier this year.
Korn released their 14th album “Requiem” in February. Talk to NME, Welch said, “I feel like, on this record, we grew emotionally as humans. Music heals us all. I found my faith; I have music and I take medicine for my depression.
