Late Late Show presenter Ryan will see them Saturday night at the Aviva with family.

He said on RTE Radio 1: “Do you know where I’m going tomorrow night? Westlife.

“I’ve never seen Westlife in all its glory. I’ve been interviewing guys for 20 years, about 15 years.

“And I have very kindly received an invitation to go. Me and the girls from Tubridy – by which I mean my sisters and my mother – are going to the Aviva tomorrow night.

“I am very excited.”

However, when Ryan told his co-workers about his weekend plans, they couldn’t help but laugh at him.

He said: “Now the suggestion upstairs after hearing this was that I should get myself a pink stetson, which of course was met with much mirth and ribaldery and mockery.

“I don’t think I’m going to set the stetson. I’m going to wear a scarf.

The presenter joked, “How do you get involved? What are you doing in these places?”

He added: “But I’m looking forward to it immensely as I say.

“Having seen the guys up close and spoken to them, I’m really excited to see them in full swing tomorrow night.

“So if you’re there, I’ll see you there.”

It comes after Westlife fans were in a frenzy yesterday as Nicky Byrne shared a backstage snap alongside Kian Egan ahead of their concert in Dublin.

Nicky was all smiles in a white shirt while Kian struck a pose in a black and white shirt.

The singer simply captioned the photo with a crying laughing face, a clover emoji and a bunch of fire emojis.

However, fans are thrilled with the behind-the-scenes photo and can’t wait to see them perform tomorrow.

Tom said, “See you tomorrow! I’ll be there both nights!”

Another fan added, “Good wine. Are you sure you’re not using a filter?! Have a great weekend guys!”

Someone else wrote: “Hope you have fun in rehearsal and have an amazing weekend Xx.”
