Westlife’s sold-out gig at London’s Wembley Stadium is set to hit screens at Oldham.
Oldham Odeon will show Westlife – Live From Wembley Stadium at 8.30pm on Saturday August 6. An encore screening will then follow at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 7.
Promising to be a night to remember for fans, the band will perform their hits from their highly anticipated Wild Dreams Tour including Uptown Girl, Flying Without Wings, You Raise Me Up and If I Let You Go.
The show is broadcast via satellite to over 500 cinemas in the UK.
Ahead of the event, Westlife said: “Without a doubt, Wembley Stadium will be a career high and a real ‘pinch’ moment in our lives.
“After two years of waiting, August 6 will be the biggest show we have ever undertaken in the UK and all under the arch of one of the most iconic venues in the world.
“To announce now that the show will be screened live in cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Europe, allowing our fans who won’t be there at night to enjoy it in real time is also something really special for us.
“We will give Wembley everything we have tonight with all our greatest hits included.”
