Korn covered I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys and never looked happier

In the dawn of time, around 2005 or so, rumors started circulating online that Korn was preparing a cover album, sorry ‘Kovers’.

The nu metal daddies have a good track record in this regard, as anyone who has heard their reinvented versions of Pink Floyd Another Brick in the WallRadiohead’s Crawlor classic 80s funk from Cameo High word! can attest to that, and so when it was suggested that this new collection would see the Bakersfield band tackle classic cuts from Black Sabbath, Nine Inch Nails, Morbid Angel and more, we were more than a little nervous. at the idea.

And then… Nothing. No. Nothing. Now.

But wait… what is it? Korn singing the Backstreet Boys hit in 1999 I want it this way on the set of their latest music video, The worst is yet to come, and look like the happiest men in the world? That’s exactly it, yes.

Now, obviously, we’re not crazy enough to suggest that Korn should abandon their original concept for their Kovers Kollection and instead apply their talents to recording an album of their renditions of songs by the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Britney and Xtina, but. ..come on…imagine how FUN that could be.

Look at their little faces. Bless.
