Former Eurovision hopeful Katie Price shared her singing voice with fans earlier this week as she sang a Backstreet Boys classic in the car with her friends en route to another makeup masterclass
Katie Price showcased her singing voice with her fans online earlier this week, sharing a video of herself and a friend singing along to a classic song while on a road trip.
The reality star, 43, sang the Backstreet Boys song I Want It That Way with two friends as she headed to another of the former glamor model’s make-up masterclasses.
The star is currently traveling across the country meeting fans as she gives makeup lessons and tips on how to achieve her trademark look.
Any Katie fan will know that the star represented the UK at Eurovision in 2005.
At the time, the heavily pregnant glamorous model – then better known as Jordan – appeared in a rhinestone-covered pink latex catsuit singing a track called Not Just Anybody.
Described by critics as resembling a “condom”, her vocal abilities were also reduced, meaning it was ex-Popstars: The Rivals contestant Javine Hylton who continued to pilot the Union Jack during the live final that year.
However, that hasn’t stopped the star from pursuing a music career, with Katie releasing an album with then-husband Peter Andre called A Whole New World in 2006.
Katie’s vocal performance in the car comes as the star is said to be trying to welcome a sixth baby into the world – her first with Carl Woods.
The star is already a doting mum to Harvey, 19, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with ex-husband Peter, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with Kieran Hayler — with their divorce finalized just last year.
Former Love Island contestant Carl and Katie, who have long spoken of their desire to have a baby together, could spend thousands of dollars on expensive medical treatments as they prepare to start their first round.
The costs could prove difficult for the couple as Katie is still struggling to pay off her multitude of debts after being declared bankrupt. Despite this, the star would finance her IVF treatment herself.
A source told The Sun: “Katie is desperate to have a baby with Carl and will spend whatever it takes.
“She knows it won’t be easy and the treatment can have a lot of side effects, but it will be worth it if she and Carl get what they want.”
When pregnancy rumors started circulating in early 2021, Katie later revealed to The Sun how the speculation came at a time when she was dealing with seeing constant pregnancy tests coming back negative.
“It was so annoying because everyone was speculating I was pregnant but I wasn’t. I wish I was,” she told the publication last year.
“I gained a lot of weight trying to eat really healthy – so I just wanted to say, ‘Fuck you!’
“We’ve done pregnancy tests every month, but for the past few months we haven’t bothered. It was so disheartening.”
