Fans of WESTLIFE star Nicky Byrne have all said his daughter is becoming “so grown up” as he shares a rare snap with her on vacation.
The singer, his wife Georgina Ahern and their children – Jay, Rocco and Gia – are currently vacationing in Portugal alongside extended family.
The Dancing With The Stars presenter shared snaps of their trip on his Instagram.
Today he took to his social media platform to share a side-by-side photo of himself and his daughter Gia.
The first photo was taken in 2018 and the second photo was of the pair in 2022 at the same store in Vilamoura.
In both photos, Nicky was wearing a gray top and he was holding his daughter in his arms.
Gia looked very different in the two photos, but they both had huge smiles on their faces.
Nicky captioned the snap, saying: “Same shop in Vilamoura 4 years apart!!
“2018 on the left, 2022 on the right!”
Nicky’s followers and friends flocked to her Instagram comments section to share their love for the post as they said her daughter looked so grown up.
Model Claudine Keane commented, saying, “Wow, that’s so sweet.”
Rizel said, “She grew up so fast. So pretty.”
Roberta wrote, “You two are so cute. Gia is growing up so fast.”
While Chrissie also commented saying, “You look better than EVER. Gia looks all grown up and very cute as mum.”
Later, the presenter also shared a snap with his mother Yvonne who is also on vacation with the family.
In the photo, they were in a restaurant that overlooked the ocean and there was a beautiful sunset in the background.
Nicky wore a white shirt and tan pants while her mother wore a gorgeous white dress.
For this snap, he said, “With my mum @yvonnemcgarrybyrne @juliasalgarve #nofilter.”
FEAR OF HOLIDAYS
While on vacation, Nicky and her family were forced to evacuate their hotel due to wildfires.
The Algarve has struggled with scorching temperatures causing drought and numerous outbreaks of fire.
Last Friday, Nicky was evacuated for a while while staying at the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort.
A spokesperson confirmed: “He is in Portugal with his family and has been evacuated from the house for some time.”
The station was forced to close some of its facilities as services tried to bring the fires under control.
However, it has since fully reopened and Nicky and her family are enjoying their vacation.
