He thanked his followers for their “love and support” during this difficult time for him.

Keith said: “Good evening to all of you who have absolutely blown me away with your love and support over the past two weeks at a time when I honestly thought I was losing my mind.

“My dad or ‘Charlo’ as I nicknamed him, was supposed to be here forever but sadly it was just a dream.

“Words just can’t explain my love for my dad.”

‘SURREAL’

The heartbroken singer has shared a moving message about feeling his father’s love as he climbed Kerry Mountain.

“He was a warrior throughout his illness and today I tried to find myself by taking on a huge challenge as I was literally lost and heartbroken.

“Well, on top of a freezing mountain, I felt warm and loving, I felt him carrying me and hugging me to the top, it was surreal and emotional, yet quiet and beautiful.
